Littlewood Haven

I've finally finished my world for The Sims 3! I spent over a year working on this small but detailed world, from building all of the lots, to populating it with iconic Sims that you'll recognise.

DESCRIPTION

Littlewood Haven is a small beach town and is the dream place to be! Low crime, affordable housing and stunning views. Perfect for Sims wanting to live a peaceful life in paradise!

DETAILS

• World Size: Small world

• Residential Lots: 23 (2 starter homes + 2 empty + 4 room apartments)

• Community Lots: 34 (1 empty)

• Rabbit Holes: Most rabbit holes. I used CC rabbit hole rugs

• Packs Used: All EP's and SP's were installed (steam have regular sales)

CUSTOM CONTENT/MODS

• Rabbit Hole Rugs (needed for the community lots to be functional)

• Female Hairstyles 1 (needed for the populated save)

• Female Hairstyles 2 (needed for the populated save)

• Male Hairstyles (needed for the populated save)

• Yacht (optional)

• Community Pool Sign Recolour (by tedhi optional)

• World Lighting Mod (I chose NOGreenSunrise+IntenseBlueWater+BrighterNight optional)

• Lazy Dutches Smooth Patch (Game runs smoother recommended but optional)

• Nraas (I chose Error Trap + MasterController + Overwatch optional)
  

Place the custom content package files into: Documents/ElectronicArts/Sims3/Mods/Packages

DOWNLOAD

Clicking download will take you to my Patreon for early access to the world. When you become a member you will receive the download link for the world + save file.

*Save file is recommended as it has the correct store content and makes the world populated with iconic Sims townies such as The Goths, Pancakes, Landgraabs, Caliente sisters and more*

HOW TO INSTALL

Place the .world file into your Sims 3 root folder. I use steam so mine is:

ProgramFiles(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/TheSims3/GameData/Shared/NonPackaged/Worlds

If you use the EAApp it should be:

ProgramFiles(x86)/EAGames/TheSims3/GameData/Shared/NonPackaged/Worlds

Place the Littlewood Haven Save.sims3 folder into:

Documents/ElectronicArts/Sims3/Saves

To remove the world and save file just delete the files and clear your cache.
